As people bade goodbye to the long-running British Sci-Fi TV show about the teleporting "Dr Who," so too are people saying goodbye to top FEMA official Gregg Phillips who once claimed he teleported to a Waffle House, ousted by the incompetent Trumpf junta as hurricane season draws near.
