This new "Defense Policy Board" includes multiple people closely tied to Peter Thiel's network, including Marc Andreessen, Blake Masters, Theo Wold, and Michael Anton. 1/ bsky.app/profile/jenn ...

It is *absolutely* relevant, when we consider that the most powerful players, like Andreessen Horowitz, *hire people who kill unarmed civilians around them*.

The most incompetent US Defense Secretary in galactic history, Pete Hogsbreath is an Islamophobic Christian proselytizer and racist alcoholic. This sexual predator was forced to pay a settlement to a woman he allegedly molested in California. Destroying the morale of the Defense Dept, this unindicted war criminal has been purging the ranks of qualified senior officers and ordering the killing of defenseless people in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean who were allegedly drug trafficking.

This lickspittle allowed personal firearms on DOD facilities and his hare-brained anti-Vax scheme sickened 160 USAF personnel in Texas.

Hogsbreath's reckless and illegal war against Iran on behalf of Israel will cost taxpayers over $115bn by conservative estimate.

Pete Hogsbreath: A global disgrace that would be court-martialed and taken before a firing squad in any other military of the world.

I would expect nothing less from the incompetent drunken fox weekend couch tumor.

hare-brained anti-Vax scheme sickened 160 USAF personnel in Texas.

I heard it was now up to 300.

This is why you should never put stupid people in charge.

Pete took Jesus's harsh words in Luke 14:26 and ran with them, hating millions of fathers and mothers, wives, children, brothers, and sisters. He hates them because he is a true believer, and so he desperately wants to prove he is a true disciple of the one true God (described in 1 Samuel 15:3).

- Luke 14:26

In biblical terms, the word translated as "hate" was often a Hebrew idiom used to express loving something less in comparison to something else. Jesus is teaching that devotion to God must come first.

Keggers is as much a biblical scholar as he is a competent military man.

Luke wasn't originally written in Hebrew. It was written in Koine Greek. The writer or writers of Luke were likely fluent in both languages and scholarly enough not to make such an obvious mistake in translation.

As Marine General Smedley Butler wrote "War is a Racket". You want power and wealth...make sure the poor of your country are forced to go ten thousand miles away to kill the poor of their country, say Vietnam, in our time, so that their popular uprising fails...and the colonists can keep on ripping off the poor and the powerless.
Seriously, if you haven't heard of Butler, take a look at this Wikipedia page:

Not an obvious mistake, an often used idiom... which makes more sense given the context, according to most biblical scholars.
