After Christian Pastor Tony Spell beat up his neighbor's son and allegedly threatened to rape and kill his family, he was then caught on video mowing his lawn at 4:00am on property directly in front of his neighbor. The victims have had an Order of Protection against phony Christian Tony Spell.
