Autoimmune gastritis (AIG) is a chronic inflammatory condition where the immune system attacks the stomach's acid-producing parietal cells. This destruction limits nutrient absorption, causing iron deficiency and vitamin B12 malabsorption. There is no cure, so management focuses on lifelong micronutrient supplementation and routine monitoring to prevent complications.

This is the same freak who forced his child to give blood so he could use it in transfusions to stay young. No sympathy.

Really looks self-inflicted.

It really does. Screw around too much with your body and you might screw something up.

Fun fact: multiple blood transfusions from a close relative can lead to host vs graft syndrome and can trigger autoimmune disorders. If he hadn't decided to ritualistically consume the blood of his progeny, he might not be in this situation. (Remember kids: It ain't blood libel if it's true!) I've heard of eating disorders and body dysmorphia leading to a lot of bad outcomes but not an autoimmune disorder.
