"The Department of State advises Americans worldwide to exercise increased caution. Due to heightened tensions in the Middle East, the security environment remains complex with the potential for unforeseen escalation."

Similarly, Germany raised its national terror threat level from "Abstract" to "High."

The incompetent Trumpf junta is bankrupting the US, making Americans less safe around the world, and getting people killed in the Middle East and the Caribbean.

This reckless and illegal war against the people of Iran on Israel's behalf will get more US servicemmebers killed while bankupting the US economy and increasing fuel costs worldwide.

N.B. The efficient German security services were already on a heightened state of alert because of persistent Russian espionage and sabotage operations.

Thank goodness I can always use my Swiss passport- visa free, short-term travel to over 180 countries. FDJT.

Lucky you. Many of us don't have another passport. But many Americans are applying for foreign passports based on ancestry to Ireland, Italy, or Germany.

I know an American whose mother was a Turkish citizen and so he can apply for their citizenship. But I think he would then either have to serve in the Turkish military or pay a hefty lump-sum "in lieu of military service" fee.

That's what the Gastarbeiter Turks in Germany do.

"Ja, I'll just pay."
