The judge sentenced Colin Gray, the father of Apalachee school shooter Colt Gray, to 15 years in prison.

The child was 16. Not an adult.

Giving a 16 year old a deadly weapon and not properly supervising him is negligence which became criminal negligence when the child went out and slaughtered and traumatized other children with it.

Especially knowing that their child had mental issues.

I think it's an appropriate verdict and sends the correct message to other parents. Stop being stupid. Lock up your guns folks.
