Taylor Farms has issued a recall for over a dozen items, including salsa and guacamole sold at shops like Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, Kroger and Trader Joe's, over a salmonella risk. The California-based producer of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, which has been tied to a recent cyclospora outbreak across the country involving iceberg lettuce, said on Sunday that it was voluntarily recalling finished products containing potentially contaminated fresh jalapeos.
