James Copenhaver, who was shot during an assassination attempt on Donald Trump in 2024, has died. The 76-year-old was struck in the arm and abdomen " the wounds leaving him with lingering injuries that caused him to walk with a cane. Two other attendees were also shot, David Dutch, who survived, and Corey Comperatore who shielded his family from gunfire before he was killed.
