Are Republican candidates this desperate for Democratic voters to move over to voting for them?

THIS is how you get the 'swing' voters.

What two other people do with their lives is none of your ------- business.

If you think a same sex couple effects your marriage, raise your hand and then take it put it over your mouth and shut up.

"So conservatives are now for teh ghey?"

Depends if you're talking about social conservatives or fiscal conservatives. The social conservatives complaining about Hilton's ad definitely aren't for it and are questioning whether he ever agreed with him or whether it was insincere pandering. Others see the ad as nothing more than joke or a pragmatic pivot.

Words like 'conservative' and 'liberal' are so context-dependent, they become meaningless when applied as a broad, general term, especially in politics.

The punchline of the ad was that it's not about lesbianism at all, and if you thought that then you must have a dirty mind, "ha ha ha".

Anyway, who licks envelopes anymore? I thought all envelopes were self-seal these days. Where's the outrage over encouraging people to lick dangerous chemicals?

It's funny.

To anybody who doesn't think it's funny.........you're the problem. Mostly because you have no sense of humor.

On a serious note, if more GOP candidates embrace this type of messaging then I think they are going to find it drives away far more of their older, conservative religious voters than it brings news voters to their side.
