This was hard on my ears. I don't have perfect pitch like some of my friends (one who I'll be seeing tonight), but I'm pretty close.

This bizarre cacophany -- a piece of "anti-music" -- did have a familiar undertone or current underneath it, but I couldn't place it. If this band came from NYC, I never saw them and WLIR and WDRE did not play them.

This song also reminded me of some the post-Jim Morrison Doors compositions and "Mother" from The Police's last album (Andy Summers, Synchronicity).

And before the vote, some of the Republican senators made it sound almost realistic, knowing that Todd Blanche would be confirmed.
