With that in mind, please specify, and be specific, why you said that it's the rampant communism.

Would this be easier for you to process if there were html markup tags for sarcasm? My sarcasm gets lost on a lot of people here.

But the minimum wage

This comes up on Caleb Hammer's youtube show a bit, and it ends up in a reel of him screaming facts at people with tragic levels of self inflicted debt blaming it on capitalism.

1% of workers actually make the federal minimum wage or less as income. 75% of those are food service... waiters. Their actual take home is around $15/hr. After controlling them, we're down to 0.395% of workers at or below the federal minimum wage. Control for teenagers and we're down to 0.27%. Source: fed reserve, bls.

The world moved on without the fed. Wild to think right?

You know there exists news that you can consume that is neither Iranian regime, nor Trump..

This binary ---- makes you retarded, and many posters on this site for that matter.

You should guess far less, you are terrible at it.

Careful there, sitz. You're sounding like Obama.

It's the rampant communism.

Don't forget to inflate your tires to the correct pressures and have a good alignment, that's -5% mpg for a lot of people.

The UK per capita is higher than the EU, their poverty rate is effectively the same at 20%.

Then you have special holdouts like Monaco. It refuses to join the EU, but uses the Euro for currency, and has $300k per capita income.

Some of those EU economies aren't doing so well. UK is a lower per capita than the US, average poverty for all is 3% higher than black people in the US, it's like 40% for Pakistanis there. Those are just the official rates, gets much worse for them when you move to Adjusted metrics. 20% of people in the EU have an air conditioner, 170k die from the heat annually. 90% of American homes do, even the poorest ones. You are more likely to die from the heat in the EU than you are a gun in the US. Not to mention the spectacular racism, entire stadiums doing monkey chants.

You can get +4% mpg with good tire selection. That's really good.

They were just waiting for the US to run out of defensive missiles.

"We're waiting for you to run out of missiles, by not making you use much of them for several months and spending our time droning Kurds instead."

Foreign Affairs Minister Winston Peters stated that the initial Russian notifications regarding the event were highly ambiguous. Former Defence Minister Wayne Mapp suggested the "missile launch" warning could potentially relate to a controlled re-entry or de-orbiting of an old Russian satellite into the South Pacific "spacecraft cemetery" (Point Nemo), rather than a surface military test.

They don't even know if there was an actual missile launch.

The Iranian control of the Strait of Hormuz may be a more potent force to face the world than Iran possessing a nuclear bomb.

"may", like a headline that ends with a ?

Infrastructure routes around the Strait over time, the strategic value is depreciating and will continue to accelerate away from it. Saudi moved 60% of their exports out through Yanbu using the "Petroline". Houthis were supposed to suppress that, ended up getting blown up by the Yemeni National Army that's now chasing them with Ukrainian FPV drones.

Hezbollah vs Israel. The one where Hezbollah entrenched themselves and took on the Merkava 4s with a bunch of anti-tank missiles.

This argument was made during one of the Hezbollah vs Iran conflicts. Hezbollah only had to survive to win, and they did survive.

The isolationist platform, mostly MAGA dudes.

Russia is moving war ships into position in the Baltic Sea to be in striking distance of key NATO resources while Trump destroys the US military.

Now there is a historically hard hitting power, the Russian Navy. They absolutely crushed Ukraine's Navy in the Black Sea. They'll easily smash Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Germany at the same time and nothing at all will go wrong for them.

1.5pb shared storage, 122 tb shared flash storage...

1.6tb cpu ram, 320gb gpu ram in this cluster, just for foundational model training experiments.

Better book those ISS taxi rides through SpaceX until it's decommissioned.

Where's this stupid plank coming from anyways? "Let China destroy the US car manufacturers". That's not on any party platform and feels like frustrated contrarianism just to be spiteful, which is basically MAGAlite.

Almost starting to cover some basics, but lets have a quick historical flashback of how their industry got where it is now. It didn't get built from scratch, where did they get such knowledge? Oh that's right, that long period where they required anybody selling cars there to have 50% partnership with a Chinese company, and the vehicles be assembled there, and the parts be manufactured there.

Almost like it's protectionism, designed to jumpstart a base and undercut the rest of the planet's in the future. Like some strategist thought it out.

Damn, you didn't know the answer. Not a single geo political concern, just faux economic concerns.

The rich don't work the lines assembling cars.

I didn't see you address an important topic. Given the material inputs are the same, and there's not that much labor difference, why are the Chinese cars so cheap compared to every other automaker on the planet? You know the answer, and you know it's why the tariffs are bipartisan.

That seems a bit socialistic to me.

Then you failed your polisci classes.

Some Americans are apparently ok with paying exorbitant prices for EVs.
I bet if they were allowed to be sold here more could afford them. And American manufacturers world adjust to the market accordingly.
And that would be just awful.

For the fossil fuels industries.

You can buy all the EVs you want, in the US, from non-American brands like Toyota, BMW, etc.

and you know that, but if there's daylight out, lets complain about stuff that doesn't exist.
