But we're still not sure what you mean. Give us an example of when Muslims "disrupt other people." Do you mean broadcasting the call to prayer over a loudspeaker? That's the type of thing that can be addressed at the local level. When I go to the Columbia Mall, if there's a concert going on, I can hear that booming in the background for hours. Disruption?
