Working in oil & gas, I've ran across a few. Ive also been to more countries and experienced more cultures than you ever will, hell you can't even go back and visit your remaining family. You can blame the current and near past situation in Iran on the US and other Westerners if you want, but they were some fckked up people way before the West got involved. Iran is a lot like Sub Saharan Africa, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. There's just some peoples who can't seem to get past their own folly, even if they have resources.

When corporate America owns up to the fact that they hire these "rapists and murderers" to do all the jobs Americans don't want to do and, let's be honest here, corporate America is Republican.
