In attempting to ban transgender people, Donald Trump issued an executive order that directs federal agencies to recognize gender as immutable and defined at conception. One of the many problems with that idea is that male sexual development doesn't begin until about a month and half into pregnancy. We are all female at conception.

Since we are now, by federal law, the gender we were at conception. We are all female. I will now refer to everyone as she/her. Wear it proudly.

He's equating the legal definition of sex with biological/chromosomal sex. You can take issue with that if you want, but he's not wrong that the latter is determined at conception.

If that's what the EO means then why doesn't it say that?
If we are going to just try to guess at the reasoning behind Trump's EO's instead of the actual meaning of the words then I think he put this out because he deeply desires to be identified as the first female President of the US.

But even if the meaning you made up is correct then that's still stupid because it ignores the fact primary sex features are not always determined by genetic markers.

You should really stay in your lane when it comes to science and biology, since you obviously know nothing about it. There are at least a couple of species of mammals where both the males and females produce milk. This suggests that ------- and mammary glands are not an inherent a sex trait, but they're vestigial in males because at one point they were an evolutionary backup in case the females were either too sick or died from childbirth in order to keep the newborn offspring alive.

BTW, do you have any FTM friends? I bet they'd feel really awkward if they read you said having ------- is what makes them females.
