Former Fox & Friends weekend cohost and current Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is dragging several hundred senior U.S. generals and admirals from around the world to Quantico next week for a pep rally on the "warrior ethos."
Earlier this week, the defense secretary ordered a mass gathering of every senior military officer -- a group of admirals and generals that could total well over 1,000 -- in Quantico, Virginia. Rumors swirled about what the reason could be. Some said a mass firing, others said a fitness test. But the meeting, which is set to take place next week, will actually just be an opportunity for Hegseth to do some pompous grandstanding about the "warrior ethos" he's been so obsessed with for years, CNN reported Friday. ...
Hegseth plans to have his speech recorded and later released.
#1: Good Morning Doc Sarvis: Russia, China, North Korea, and Israel are all watching this massive, costly, idiotic, and risky move which is an attempt at duplicating some sort of weird Leni Riefenstahl event. Who knows what these four countries, or a terrorist group, will do when all of the US military leadership is away from their respective commands that day? i.redd.it
Retired US Army General Barry McCaffrey suggests that Dummkopf Trumpf "had no idea" that the comical SECDEF Pete "Hic!" Kegsbreath was recklessly convening the galaxy of 800 flag officers at Quantico, VA on 30 Sep and that Trumpf learned of it "horns in." This is plausible because the USSS seems to have been notified late and scrambled to secure the site, taking over security from USACID: www.rawstory.com
And the vastly underqualified sycophantic DNI Tulsi Gabbard did not notify the White House that she was revoking the security clearances of 37 senior USIC personnel, blind-siding the Dotard-in-Chief: www.theguardian.com
US national security is in complete disarray thanks to the Trumpf junta. Gut arbet, those of you who voted for Dummkopf Trumpf on Tuesday, 5 Nov 2024.
