Former Fox & Friends weekend cohost and current Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is dragging several hundred senior U.S. generals and admirals from around the world to Quantico next week for a pep rally on the "warrior ethos."

Earlier this week, the defense secretary ordered a mass gathering of every senior military officer -- a group of admirals and generals that could total well over 1,000 -- in Quantico, Virginia. Rumors swirled about what the reason could be. Some said a mass firing, others said a fitness test. But the meeting, which is set to take place next week, will actually just be an opportunity for Hegseth to do some pompous grandstanding about the "warrior ethos" he's been so obsessed with for years, CNN reported Friday. ...

Hegseth plans to have his speech recorded and later released.

#1: Good Morning Doc Sarvis: Russia, China, North Korea, and Israel are all watching this massive, costly, idiotic, and risky move which is an attempt at duplicating some sort of weird Leni Riefenstahl event. Who knows what these four countries, or a terrorist group, will do when all of the US military leadership is away from their respective commands that day? i.redd.it

Oh, I'm sure every flight, all personnel, their routines, deviations from same, etc., etc., etc. will be meticulously observed, cataloged, analyzed, recataloged, reanalyzed, all to our adversaries' profit.

Somewhere that gets plenty of heat Leni Riefenstahl is laughing her stone-cold arsch off.

#3: She certainly is laughing her tuchus off. And Leni outlived Rudolf Hess by a dozen years or so.

$20 says it's another grovel-or-else Loyalty Oath shindig, a'la his panderous "cabinate" soirees. It's becoming apparent the only effective policy tool left to TrumpCo is the fear of what ethically unthinkable stunt they'll pull next in another vain attempt to scrub the Epstein story from the news cycle. I expect a unacceptable amount of firings and resignations will go down that day. I truely hope I'm wrong.

What are the odds that Trump will plant a bomb in this gathering of US generals and then blame the Left?

Greater than zero, for sure.

If true, I'd bet among the Generals one could even hear the eyerolls.

This is the sanitized version of what's happening.

It's a loyalty test and is the roll out of realigning military vision and purpose to controlling the populace.
