"It never crossed our minds that it would be used by someone taking a shot at the president or anything like that," Kimmel said. ...

Kimmel said the Secret Service reached out to him after the first assassination attempt and told him to refrain from going on hunts in the area for the next week or so.

"We respected that," he said. "We're out there with air guns and everything. It can look suspicious."

Kimmel's exploits catching -- and sometimes getting bitten by -- giant pythons are the stuff of legend in Florida.

The video clips he posts on YouTube and Instagram -- showing him belly-flopping onto pythons in alligator-infested swamps and bagging serpents like a pregnant 16-footer with 60 eggs in its belly the size of grapefruits -- often draw thousands of views and media attention.

In 2024, he took a blind dog on a hunt with him, and the pooch, nicknamed "Helen Killer," helped him snag a 9-foot python that also couldn't see. The feat was chronicled in the Miami Herald, which described him as "one of Florida's best-known wildlife trackers."

Four years earlier, Kimmel appeared on Joe Rogan's podcast and brought with him the head of a monster snake that nearly got the best of him.

"I almost bled out in the middle of the Everglades," Kimmel told Rogan. "This snake -- 17 foot, 7 inches, 135 pounds -- at the time, that's about what I weighed, so it was a fair Everglades battle royale."

Kimmel said he understands why the Secret Service would find the tree stand suspicious, given its proximity to an airport Trump frequents and the fact that he has been targeted before.

But he thinks there's little chance even the most advanced technical analysis would yield much of anything.

"It's been just sitting out in the elements with the sun straight on " it rains, everything like that," Kimmel said. "I would imagine any kind of DNA or fingerprints would be quickly eliminated off of it, but that's not my area of expertise."

From his perspective, the authorities should have already moved on.

"I would expect them to investigate something like that for sure," Kimmel said, "but I'd also kind of expect them to figure out very quickly that it's essentially nothing."

5. Why did the attending doctors never have a press conference at the time?

So, I go back to, how did the blood (or red liquid) get there?

We do know shots were fired. We do know that at least new round was extremely close to Trump. None of that is in dispute. We know that 2 people, including an attendee were killed.

One doesn't have to be a forensic anything to know that his ear shows zero evidence of any sort of wound. There was never a scab. Never a red, inflamed lesion that was healing. Nothing to ever indicate that the skin on that ear was broken enough to bleed.

All other questions are ancillary and irrelevant. I don't have to know or explain how they introduced a red liquid to his ear and hand since it could be anything and I can say quite confidently that there is zero evidence that it was blood from a wound on his ear.

You're desperate. Here is a (non-exhaustive) list of assumptions you have to make in order to maintain your view -

1. Trump's ear was grazed just so perfectly that it bled like crazy but didn't leave a mark
2. Trump somehow got a completely inept SS detail on multiple levels
3. The venue somehow was staffed with the most inept cops they had available
4. The crane operator was more concerned with lowering the flag than taking cover during an active shooting
5. Trump's staff of more concerned with the safety of photographers/press than Trump
6. Trump's staff got insanely lucky in placing the photographers in exactly the right spot to get the photo they wanted

I'm sure there are plenty more.

But sure, keep thinking that you accidentally cutting your ear is the same as a graze wound from a bullet moving at 2200 feet per second.

- It happens
2. Trump somehow got a completely inept SS detail on multiple levels
- You can look at this multiple ways.
A. Its a one off, and the SS is competent at all levels, so who was in charge of it? Biden administartors. - Conspiracy
B. The SS is inept in general - More likely.
3. The venue somehow was staffed with the most inept cops they had available

4. The crane operator was more concerned with lowering the flag than taking cover during an active shooting
- He knew they weren't after him
5. Trump's staff of more concerned with the safety of photographers/press than Trump
- SS had Trump, theres little the Staff could do about it.
6. Trump's staff got insanely lucky in placing the photographers in exactly the right spot to get the photo they wanted
- They are always at the front of the stage.

You forgot first and only Trump CNN live coverage.
You also forgot the guy in the stands getting shot and killed in the line of fire, and the bullets that missed people in the stands that jumped because they were shocked.

What do you mean "allowed" it to happen? That sounds like someone knew it was going to happen.

This is all very simple.

SS and Local PD were inept and complacent. That's it, no conspiracy, they have since wised up and begun taking things seriously again. Hence, the tree-stand concern.

the unaddressed questions are a red flag, yes. And accepting that Trump is evil enough to want to pull something like this off is the single largest factor......it's really 90% of it.

I don't think the assassination was faked, but that definitely wasn't a bullet that hit his ear. It was probably shrapnel. If it had been a bullet, his ear would look like Holyfields.
