President Donald Trump suggested that six Democratic lawmakers who put out a video urging military members to "refuse illegal orders" were guilty of "SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!' in a stunning Thursday morning Truth Social post.

I was thinking just this morning what would happen if some Fleet Commander off of Venezuela who had bothered to check and find out that Trump is LYING about drugs coming from that country (cocaine comes from Columbia and fentanyl from Mexico) AND about the Complete Myth he spreads of Venezuela 'emptying their prisons' here)... if that Commander would refuse an order to hit civilian targets in
Caracas, Vlad-style?

Guess it would depend on whether he was a Hegseth appointment or not.

Donald Trump wants to kill Americans for accurately stating the law.

I think that he's entered the bunker stage of his presidency.

The United States is not a failing dicatatorship, no way.

I think we could be a very successful dictatorship.

Our ability to violate the privacy of Americans is easily equal to China or Russia and our standing army could be the best masked and well equipped jack booted thugs anywhere on the planet.

Under the Unified Code of Military Justice, the UCMJ, a member of the military can be court-martialed for obeying an unlawful order irrespective of their rank or that of the person giving them the order.

Of course, Trump having never served in the military, may not be aware of this, but I would hope that someone over at the Pentagon would sit him down and go over the details of what it says in the UCMJ.

When I was in the Army Reserve, it was required reading, or at least enough of it to keep you out of trouble.

The MAGAts removed that sort of oversight at the Pentagon soon after Pickled Pete's arrival.

We won't lower standards for women and such.
And generals must keep in trim.
For standards are vital, so Hegseth insists"
Though lowered already for him.

The President of the United States just called for Democratic members of Congress to be executed. "HANG THEM", he posted.

If you're a person of influence in this country and you haven't picked a side, maybe now would be the time to pick a fucking side.[image or embed]" Chris Murphy (@chrismurphyct.bsky.social) November 20, 2025 at 11:15 AM
