There is increasing alarm about West Texas oil fields that continue to produce toxic water leaks.

Disasters like this is what a big majority of Texans vote for every election. I find it hard to be sympathetic.

Rushing to stop it, Texas style:
-put up a wall
-give out tax breaks
-blame it on dark-skinned folk
-ship all the toxic brine to Chicago and Nuevo York
