As a heavily tattooed person my reaction to this is, she should have thought about that before the face and neck tattoos - things we used to call 'job stoppers' - and putting 3 pounds of metal in her face.

Yeah, my guess is that TJ Maxx does not have an appropriate dress code that addresses their concern with this particular applicant.

I'd further guess that in the near (very near?) future they will.

But not after paying this applicant lots of money.

Secondary question: who in HR will be fired over this?

Hell, just hire her and have her assigned to the stockroom - problem solved.

Years ago in Colorado, while in college my son took a summer job at Abrecrombie & Fitch as a sales clerk on the floor to get his clothes at employee discount. May not be now, but back then the less better looking, and not trim employees were the ones assigned to working in back, not the sales floor. Again, that may not be nowadays as that was about 25 years ago.

Guarantee this was just to drum up some controversy and get free publicity for her onlyfans.

Happened to a teacher near here who got fired when her onlyfans page was reported to her administrators. It went from a small time side gig to over a million a year gig for her.
