... Why it matters: Some legal experts argue that the level of personal details in the filings ahead of Hunter Biden's criminal trials are meant to embarrass rather than prosecute, a feeling shared by many people close to the president's family.

- - - The revelations are particularly painful for a family that prefers family matters to be guarded and can quickly exit people who break the code.

- - - Hunter's ex-wife Kathleen Buhle wrote in her 2022 memoir when instructing her mother not to reveal that Beau Biden was sick: "After twenty years with the Bidens, I knew that everything in the family was meant to stay private."

In court filings this week and the original indictments, the special counsel's office said the upcoming trials would include materials from:

- - - Hunter's divorce from Buhle

- - - Text messages with family members including his daughter

- - - Pictures and videos of him smoking crack cocaine

- - - Receipts of money spent on clothes and "various women"

- - - Tax documents from Lunden Roberts, a woman with whom Hunter had a child, and then he initially denied he was the father.

Zoom in: The trial in Wilmington set for June 3 about lying about his drug use on a gun form will include testimony from Buhle, his sister-in-law and ex-partner Hallie Biden, and potentially Roberts, according to the filings.

Weiss also includes texts from Hunter at the depths of his ad ...

#2. No kidding. The judge in Bragg's case allowed Stormy Daniels to testify over defense objection even though her testimony had nothing to do with the alleged crime. The intent was to embarrass the defendant and these people ar3 going to bitch about this here?

" Stormy Daniels to testify over defense objection even though her testimony had nothing to do with the alleged crime."

Nonsense. The fact Trump "grossed up" the hush money payout, and called it legal fees alongside other, legitimate legal fees NOT grossed up, is an integral part of showing knowledge and intent.

Nothing BellRinger posts comes close to reality.

There's one common trait amongst Trumpers.

They all ignore reality in order to defend Trump's criminality.

Direct question: have you seen the .pdf calculating the grossed up amount, replete with Allen Weisselberg's handwritten notes?

I ask because you keep posting like you haven't.

Witch-hunt.
People are saying it's terrible.
Nobody's ever seen anything like it before.
It's totally unfair.
It's lawfare.

She had nothing to do with the alleged falsification of records. Nothing. This was th3 judge being petty.

Manure. She could testify she was paid $130,000, not $260,000.

So have you seen the PDF, or not?

The same laptop republicans been talking about since 2022. (Once it stopped being a "smoking gun" email.)

They found all the dick pics, MTG has turned them into wallpaper for her house.

Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,'

Stormy Daniels to testify over defense objection...

To anyone that's actually paid attention to the trial this is epically laughable.

For instance:
(New York State Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan) said there were "many times when Ms. Necheles (Trump's defense attorney) could have objected."

Merchan cited as an example testimony from the adult-film actress that Trump did not use a condom during their purported 2006 sexual encounter, which Trump says did not happen.

"I wish those questions hadn't been asked," Merchan said. "But for the life of me I don't know why Ms. Necheles didn't object."
"Why on earth she wouldn't object to the mention of a condom I don't understand," he added.

Why? Because the defense later tried to use the information they didn't object to for a motion for a mistrial. They tried to pull a fast one. Utter fail on the defenses part, IMHO.

Where? Again just curious, you're making a claim the Defense didn't claim so you must have inner knowledge of Trump's mind.

If we are using Daniels, then it could also be claimed they never had an affair
www.washingtonpost.com

... until there was money to be made...

Which kinda kills her testimony to any reasonable individual.

I mean if you believe Stormy today, then you must believe Biden is taking bribes.. the logic is just as strong.

It established ------- didn't care about his marriage

Was he supposed to care about wife #3?

The one he ordered from a porn magazine.

At least she was smarter than stormy.

She got married to him and had his son.

She's set for the rest of her life regardless what happens to the orange tub of lard.

Stormy D's just lucky he actually paid her.

If there's one thing Trump is known for, it's not paying people.

"many times when Ms. Necheles (Trump's defense attorney) could have objected."

idk ...

As Stormy Daniels laid out her explicit recollections of the alleged night in question, Trump repeatedly motioned for his attorney Susan Necheles to intervene.
When her testimony approached the moment the two allegedly became intimate, Trump motioned to Necheles for her to object, which she did. Judge Juan Merchan summoned both parties to the bench and subsequently sustained the objection.
It was one of several moments in which Trump took on his most active engagement so far in the proceedings.

From what I understood, after so many sustains, a lawyer realizes there isn't much you can do, because "objections" that are repeatedly sustained begin to look bad.

No she didn't. An affair isn't illegal. This trial has nothing to do with an affair. It is about the alleged falsification of business records in furtherance of another crime. That's the case. The affair is irrelevant.

#37 | Posted by BellRinger at 2024-05-27 10:36 PM | Reply | Funny: 1

" (New York State Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan) said there were "many times when Ms. Necheles (Trump's defense attorney) could have objected."

The defense objected to her being called to testify. Once the judge overruled the defense had no obligation to object to her testimony. This judge is such a piece of work. The defense objects to her testimony. Overruled. The only restriction the judge put on Daniels was she could not describe Trump's genitalia. I'm pretty sure the defense took that as meaning everything else was on the table. The witness goes on to turn his courtroom into verbal pornography. The judge is embarrassed that this happened in his courtroom and has the unmitigated gall to blame the defense for it. Unreal.

#40. The judge allowed her to testify over the objection of the defense. Her testimony was embarrassing for the judge because of what was allowed to be said 8n his courtroom. Her testimony had nothing to do with the case before the court. That is on Judge Merchan. It's absurd he's trying to blame the defense for this embarrassment.

Hunter Biden's plea deal on hold after federal judge raises concerns over the terms of the agreement
apnews.com

The Judge asked H. Biden's lawyer if the plea deal applied to future prosecutions. The lawyer said, yes.

The Judge asked the prosecution if the plea deal applied to possible future prosecutions. The Prosecutor said, no.

The Judge then said that the deal was invalid because, among other things, the two parties to it did not agree on its terms.

That does make it seem like Pedophile Joe Biden is guilty - BUT - given the Biden family would feel right at home as a guest on the Jerry Springer Show, have you ever considered that Pedophile Joe is not actually Hunter's father so this is all just a big misunderstanding and Pedophile Joe is 100% innocent? I think that will become Danforth's deflection soon. We already had the Maury Povich Show like reveal with Hunter and his DNA test with the stripper...."Hunter, you ARE the father!"
