"...walking through Baltimore Inner Harbour area last week smelled like skunk ---."
Of all the possible waterfront smells, that seems fairly benign.
Frankly, it's why all the jasmine and honeysuckle is planted between the waterfront and the homestead.

The pacific ocean is our air conditioner. Costs nothing to run and I turn it on just by opening a window.

If it's the smell that bothers them, then just ban it in the cities. Rural Americans live with the smell of actual skunks, along with a number of other "smells of nature", all the time.
I'd suspect they're just grasping at reasons to protect other industries who lobby heavily against cannabis. Pharma and cotton come to mind.

Kevin Smith has had a number of reasons to be concerned about his health.

The fat from the munchies gave him a near fatal heart attack. He's also admitted that he's worried the THC has damaged his brain.

Maybe there ought to be rules regarding that ~cloud~ similar to cigarette and cigar smoke clouds.
I'd not be opposed to that.

We're all going to die of something. For me, the benefits I think I get from cannabis outweigh the possible problems. There are many ailments I would rather treat with cannabis than pharmaceuticals.
Fat from munchies? Stereotype much? Seems like his own laziness. I know many cannabis users who are very active and in excellent shape.

I'd love for them to legalize it. If they did, I'd buy my guns from an FFL dealer, instead of exclusively private transactions.
