He wasn't president when the felonies occurred.

Request denied.

So, it appears that the 2 sides agreed to postpone the 7/11 sentencing hearing.

He falsified the documents between February and December 2017, though I think the "scheme" predates his election.

There are some evidentiary considerations from the immunity situation that could apply.

Then you have to consider whether this is official or non-official.

Gets ugly REAL FAST and you know appealing to the SC and all

Paying hush money to a Whore is not an official act.

This shows the mindset of an entitled Tyrant.

More reason to run far away from Trump.

Why not?

Trump has stated, man has urges, to grab p***y.

Trump will need several whores to aid his "official act".

By the way, anyone seen Melania in the same room as Trump lately?

Yes, the crimes were committed before he was president.

In fact, if the crimes had not been committed he never would have been president, which is why the crimes were committed in the first place.

No they didn't. He falsified the documents between February and b December 2017. The conspiracy started before but he wasn't charged with conspiracy

In order for the unconstitutional gymnastics of the elevated felony conviction to hold, you need a federal election crime - which we now know, 100% was not a crime as Trump was immune regardless of the Dem fantasies (we already knew this as the FEC DECLINED TO PROSECUTE already) as those docs were filed AFTER Trump was already in office. This is just spiking the football on the fact that there was no second crime ever and this charge goes away due to statute of limitations like a fart in the wind.

No. You could use a state crime like tax laws or state election law. And that's also what they did.

In addition, election campaign finance laws would never qualify as official acts.

Would you like to try again?

This ruling doesn't apply. I still don't know what crime was furthered but I do know it was campaign related.

The other crimes were detailed in the Statement of Facts and in briefs last November and in briefs pretrial.

That you didn't read those documents is not a justification to argue the case is rigged or improper.

Willful, purposeful ignornance.

Aren't you the guy who said he followed the trial closely, but when pressed, hadn't seen the central prosecution exhibits and didn't even know what they were?

" the crimes that were furthered weren't laid out until closing arguments."

You're lying.

You're also misrepresenting the law.

" I guess the 6th Amendment doesn't matter any more."

Please stop pretending you followed the trial closely.

And where is the indictment you or I could do? Either state it, or admit you can't.

" And where is the indictment you or I could do"

I don't know. The 34 indictments didn't specify which crime was furthered.

You're lying.

It's BellRinger.

He lies.

It's why discussion with him is pointless.

His lies are more subtle than Claudio posting, "Biden is a pedophile."

But it's pretty much in the same vein.

"The 34 indictments didn't specify which crime was furthered."

The 34 guilty verdicts specify which 34 crimes were committed.

Riiiiiiiight. Like you were when you claimed you were following the trial.

BTW, why are you wasting your time responding to that post? Shouldn't you be finding that one indictment you our I could do? Where's you're LAWFARE, liar? You keep claiming it, but can't seem to find it anywhere.

"The 34 indictments didn't specify which crime was furthered."

That's moot to the issue. Which of the 34 could you or I could do without legal fears? WHERE'S THE LAWFARE?

#31 | Posted by Danforth at 2024-07-03 02:36 PM | Reply | Newsworthy 1

" the crimes that were furthered weren't laid out until closing argument"

Manure.

If that was the case, the judge wouldn't have mentioned it didn't matter if the jury agreed on WHICH crime was the furtherance.

Clearly the multiple choices (election interference, tax evasion, false records) were laid out in the testimony, as well as the conspiracy with Pekkker for which Cohen had already been jailed.

Pretending the crimes were someohow kept secret proves you weren't following the trial as you claimed.
