Former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown says he's never shared a helicopter with Donald Trump in his life and called Trump's harrowing nearly crashing helicopter tale completely false. Trump told the story Thursday at a weird press conference.

The story wasn't made up. Trump's stable genius memory substituted Willie Brown for former governor Jerry Brown, of course who is white.

Imagine if Joe Biden had made this same type of juxtaposition in front of the press. With Biden now out of the race, Trump cannot hide that he's an old man with failing mental acuity - seemingly untethered from reality - that wants the most pressurized job on this planet primarily because he needs the position in order to stay out of jail for crimes he's already been convicted of.

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. That helicopter Orville and Wilbur Wright put together for the 2048 Olympics in Tijuana was a beaut, I'll tell you. I worried about how we would do against the land sharks right down to my genes. Levi's, beeg poosie model, triple-x lardo, tight fit but, boy, do I look sleek or what, huh? Oh, right, that UFO ride with James Brown. Man ... but now that I'm making it all l up again I wonder: maybe, was it Tina Brown? Or Joe E. Brown. Well, I remember it like it was tomorrow. Or the day after tomorrow. Which would be ... today. Still got it, huh? Huh?"

#3 I tell you, that is not too far from the reality these days.

True, but that's not new for Trump. He's obviously slipping, but he's never been a "details" guy. He revises "facts" as needed mid-sentence. The reaction is more important than the truth.

Trump has so emasculated the GOP that no one has the courage to take the car keys away from grandpa.

Sad!

The only thing true about the story is that Trump was on a helicopter with someone named Brown.
Jerry Brown released this statement about the flight. ""There was no emergency landing and no discussion of Kamala."

Gavin Newsom had this to say - "I was on a helicopter with Jerry Brown and Trump, and it didn't go down." Newsom also said Trump repeatedly brought up the possibility of a crash during the flight and that there was no discussion of Harris.

We don't have to imagine what would have happened if Joe Biden mixed up names in such a manner. He did just that with Kamala Harris with Donald Trump and Zelenski with Putin on July 11. He withdrew from the race 10 days later.

I noticed that Trump wasn't wearing his bronzer during the presser.
Makes me wonder if he has been feeling emasculated by the media attention on him and Vance wearing makeup. Let me say that I see nothing wrong with either of them doing so. If some eyeliner and blush make them feel fabulous then I say Yasss.

... Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt declined to explain the discrepancies in Trump's story when asked about it Friday on Newsmax.

"I would just refer you to President Trump's statement and what he said yesterday," Leavitt said. "The president has a lot of amazing stories from his life." ...

With every breath, Trump takes in oxygen which he exhales as lies. I think he might literally be incapable of saying an entire sentence without at least one falsehood.

When will this ridiculous clown go the hell away?

Turns out that Trump didn't invent this story out of thin air. Trump was confusing Willie Brown with Nate Holden, a former LA city councilman, as confirmed publicly by him and one of Trump's own former executives who was present when the named helicopter incident actually happened.

When I heard him reciting this story I thought that it was insane. I think I even mentioned it on the DR. I guess I wasn't the only one that thought "Oh wow. That's more Trump lying and it's absurd. What a weirdo." Now there are 3 threads up on it! LOL!

Trump suffering from severe tapioca brain.

This is elder abuse. When is the Trump family going to step in and stop this exploitation of an obviously demented old man?

At this point, I just assume preposterous whoppers is all he has left to keep his "brand" competitive in the news cycle. See...If we're talkin' about him, we ain't talkin' about her. As she continues to out-draw and out fund raise him, look for his fanciful yarns to enter true 5150 territory.
