I'll start by saying legally - I go back and forth on Trump's guilt. Large part of me says without a doubt guilty, but there's a small part that says in the real world getting a conviction against a President would be difficult.

But as far as impeachable offenses - this is it. This man should be no where near the White House. This why you have impeachment.

Shame on the GOP for not nipping this in the bud. This is on them.

What we saw coming was delaying and actually bringing the case after knowing Trump was running again. If Trump didn't run there would never have been any cases to begin with.

#8 The offense? Having the FBI break into your house and plant documents to frame your political opponent? Remember, the National Archives always sets up a secure building through GSA in the town where the exiting president lives, Obama-Chicago, Bush-Houston, etc. The National Archives then delivers the files, etc to that secure building where the ex President goes at his leisure and sorts through them saying what should stay and what should go. National archives decided that Mar a lago would work because it was secure enough. Mistake by Trump to allow that, but who would have known that it was part of a setup. Meanwhile Biden has open boxes in his garage where hookers and drug dealers walk past with Hunter and a special council says it's no big deal and on top of it they determined that even though he was guilty of the same thing they were charging Trump Biden wasn't fit to stand trial.

Biden's DoJ didn't do it's job. Period.

"special council says it's no big deal" ... because it was not. There was not enough evidence of a crime to charge and prosecute ( and you know damn well if there was they would have tried) And also Biden fully cooperated. Unlike Trumpy.

The evidence is all right there in the report ... Trumpy obviously committed multiple crimes and obstructed justice and refused to cooperate until forced to and there was enough evidence to charge and prosecute and even convict him (again) with.

And yet you still cannot see the difference.

* Trump's Control Over The January 6 Rioters
* Trump's Educated Women Problem
* Trump Fails To Present Evidence Of Fraud In Arizona

"Bombshells"? Really?

This is just Part 1 of the Jack Smith report. The really interesting info is in Part 2, which deals with the "declassified" SCI and other secret files Trump took, hid and refused to give up voluntarily in Mar-a-Lago, and now hopes to bury that part of the report, once he gets a hold of DOJ. That's where "the bodies are buried" and what most voters didn't hear much about (unlike J6) because much of it was classified and because there are still open cases on two Trump's co-conspirators:
