You don't really believe this do you? All across the US neighborhoods/towns are siloed races. I think they call it balkanized.
Go to mall near SFO airport, all us Asians. Santana Row, Indians, mall in San Leandro African Americans.
Cupertino Asians, Sunnyvale, Indians. Los Altos, Los Gatos, White people. East San Jose Hispanics.
