Conservative provocateur James O'Keefe has been criminally charged over a polling place stunt meant to expose supposed weaknesses in Minnesota's election laws. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty announced charges Wednesday against O'Keefe and Cam Higby, members of the Florida-based O'Keefe Media Group, accusing them of identity theft and unlawful voting, reported KSTP-TV.
Why didn't ICE put 10 bullets in ------- back?

And Ellison(MN Attorney General) is just the guy to actually prosecute this little disease and put him away.

My guess might be that he was hoping to get away with it, so that he could publicize it on his media channels.

I don't think he's that much of a planner. He thought this was a funny way to troll Muslims, for the amusement of MAGA people with a low IQ and a sixth grade reading level.
But he also probably thought he wasn't committing any crime since he didn't actually fill out any ballot. He merely showed how someone doing what he did could conceivably have filled out a ballot he wasn't supposed to.
He didn't think about it enough to even ask a lawyer if his little scheme to demonstrate how vulnerable elections are is a crime. That's why I think he did it mostly for the LULz, while also providing red meat for the BillJohnson's of the world.

Oh, I agree.
But that he may not have had the ability to think out his little escapade does not negate my comment. Indeed, it may even reinforce my view.

OK, it seems to be a state crime, not a federal crime. So Pres Trump cannot pardon yet another of his cheerleaders.

Curious, or maybe not, that your comment compares him to the low-wattage bulbs of a Christmas tree.
That aside, imo, he was looking for an "event" he could post on his social media accounts. And his antics may have backfired on him this time.

@#5 Not quite you fool. You obviously didn't read through this post. They attempted to vote and vouch for others using names not their own, and they were caught.
This stunt has caused them to be charged with felony counts of unlawful voting and identity theft. If successfully prosecuted, they may have limited their ability to vote in the future if they live in a state that doesn't allow felons to vote. Wouldn't THAT be the ultimate self-own for this poser.
