Americans at all wealth levels are more likely to die sooner than their European counterparts, with even the richest U.S. citizens living shorter lives than northern and western Europeans.

"We also found that while the wealthiest Americans live longer than the poorest, the wealth-mortality gap in the U.S. is far more pronounced than in Europe.

We are a team of health policy researchers who study health systems and how their performance compares across countries."

-

"Wealth inequality has been rising for decades, but more so in the U.S. than in Europe due to a widening gap between the wealth of the richest and the poorest.

At the same time, despite spending significantly more on health care than other wealthy nations, overall, the U.S. consistently demonstrates worse health outcomes, such as higher infant mortality rates and avoidable mortality."

-

"At its core, our research suggests that health outcomes are shaped by much more than just health care systems. It is likely that economic and social policies ' from education and employment to housing and food security ' play a crucial role in determining how long people live, including across the wealth distribution.

European countries have found ways to reduce health disparities without dramatically increasing health spending.

By distributing health-promoting resources more equally across wealth groups, these nations may have created environments where longevity is less dependent on individual wealth."

America is not the country a lot of Americans have been instructed to think it is.
So it goes.

Intuitively, the findings make sense. The EU prohibits many Monsanto products, Europeans outside the Balkans are not gun fanatics, so murders are less than the US, and people socialize more and watch less TV in Europe. America's pattern of Friedrich Engel's "social murder" affects the wealthy as well as the masses it seems.

It's amazing with basic education and healthcare can do for people.

It's unfortunate this nation doesn't value its citizens.

Mostly due to the sociopathic nature of Americans whose ancestors were kicked out of Europe hundreds of years ago.

- basic education and healthcare

Is what the smartest, healthiest, and happiest countries in the world have.

Educated people vote for lwing populist policies that embrace the People pooling their money for such things as Health Care.

And lower-level education (high school diploma) vote rwing populist... whom the New Gilded Agers manipulate with what are OBVIOUS LIES from and OBVIOUS LIAR to libs.

Because they are more educated and a bit healthier; Education Level being the best predictor of how Americans vote now.

The Nazis were, and are, rwing populists. That's a fact. And they also had a Cult Leader.

And every one of those days spent living as a Eurocuck working as a glorified theme park worker for middle class Americans. That is probably why they keep working on more suicide machines.

Nope. I'm more interesting in why you losers keep changing usernames and coming back with the same --------.

Did you get banned? Were your previous posts murdered by reality? Just forget your password?

Do tell.

Objection your honor. Facts not in evidence.

But let's put it to the test: what other names have you posted under?

Usually the main reason to change your handle is because you've lost so many debates. What's your excuse?

Yeah. Let's do that.

#18 | Posted by REDIAL at 2025-04-10 02:05 AM | Reply

what other names have you posted under?

Because I distinctly remember you finding some foreign country which hadn't caught Covid...despite less than 10% of their inhabitants being vaccinated. Or so you claimed.

Turned out you didn't understand world commas versus world periods, and the reason they didn't catch Covid was their vax rate was ABOVE 90%.

I also recall another time....

Go ahead, be brave*: what other names have you posted under?

(*We know he won't. This is where he runs away.)

I wonder how many posts it'll take to identify him under his next name? I'll take the under.

The obesity rate in the U.S. is double the obesity rate in Europe. Every other factor discussed above becomes negligible in light of that simple fact.

This is hilarious considering everyone here knows LYD is a sock puppet. But not just any sock puppet. It's a racist, misogynistic, hateful liberal who wishes death on political opponents and encourages suicide. But I don't begrudge the account, I'm glad it exists. It points out that today's liberal is nothing more than a lip service to their cause, considering the accounts who were banned from this site for things much less hateful.
