President Donald Trump wrote off a deadly Palm Sunday attack on the Ukrainian city of Sumy as a "mistake" -- before quickly blaming the war not on Vladimir Putin but on Joe Biden.

When asked about the Palm Sunday missile attack by Russia on a Ukrainian city where 31 people were killed and 80 people injured, Trump's response was "That was a mistake".

Exactly how does Trump know that? Who has he been in communication which where he would have been given that assurance?
