Bruen mandated that modern gun regulations align with historical firearms regulations ... Many judges have openly admitted they're not equipped to evaluate whether centuries-old statutes match modern-day restrictions.

The Supreme Court's 2022 Bruen decision forced judges to act as firearm law historians -- a job some have openly admitted they're not equipped for. Post-Bruen, a gun regulation's fate now hinges on conflicting interpretations of America's complex and often uncomfortable past.[image or embed]

"At least three rulings in the past year have invalidated federal restrictions on machine guns, once considered settled law."

Republican Judicial Activism explains why failures of the Legislature and the Executive will not be resolved through legal challenges.

How about a challenge to rhw Supreme Court's ban on guns in the Supreme Court?

Dispense of incompetent criminal and crime loving leftist judges that support crime and criminals and America will be safe and pleasurable and have quality of life.

Democrats have tried to outdo each other with policies that make America Hell and claim criminals are victims. Tolerance for crime is never a deterrent.

Anyone already convicted of a felony of commision of crime with a firearm needs to be held accountable and charged and taken off the streets. Too many leftist DAs in urban NYC etc let them go and Democrats are happy.

"Tolerance for crime is never a deterrent"

Did you know that your President has 34 felony convictions?

Did you know those are 34 of the biggest reasons you voted for him?

So, every armed ICE Agent that detains a person (kidnapping) without a Warrant, without Probable Cause, without Reasonable Articulable Suspicion.

I agree.

Did you know that your President has 34 felony convictions?

No, that was just a liberal/progressive witchhunt to stop the American people from getting who they really wanted into the White House.

No one takes those "34 felonies" very seriously.

This is why America is falling apart.

Republicans believing the rule of law is subjective.

Trump had four years to "Lock her up" and did nothing but talk ----. Didn't even investigate her.

I love it how this piece of s*&^ constantly tries to validate his nonsensical beliefs by reassuring himself that he's in some sort of majority or larger group.

Hey d*(&head, you're in a very small minority. Have you not taken basic math? Ever?

" Didn't even investigate her."

Tell me you've been asleep for four decades, without using those specific words.

FFS, the Republicans have NEVER stopped investigating HRC. And the fact they went after her on Benghazi, just shows how weak everything else was.

FTW, Hillary had to testify, under oath, for 11 hours, all about why she didn't send troops to save the American victims.

FTA, the Secretary of State isn't even in the military chain of command.

Do you have Joementia? I agree with the Supreme courts interpretation as the final arbiter.

Speaking of dishonor, the only ex/former Marines are the ones with OTH discharges. How did you get yours? Was it fainting dead away when they handed you an actual assault rifle?
