'Bombing Will Not Make Iran Go Away'
Simon Tisdall, The Guardian: Trump has fallen slap bang into the trap laid for him by Netanyahu. His reckless gamble makes a nuclear weapon for Iran more, not less, likely -- bombing will not make Iran go away.

That's Nuttyahoo's end game. FORCE the US to invade Iran.
Trump is stupid enough to fall for it. MAGAts are stupid enough to support it.
MAGAts are on their knees for Israel slurping away so expect the offical message to change in the next weeks or months from "We stopped them" to "We have to do more to stop them!" Rubio was already on TV this morning walking back the "We stopped them" message and Israel "suddenly" has new intelligence on where the Uranium was moved to.
No doubt the uranium was moved under hospitals, schools, and residential areas, right Israel? Right MAGAts?
BTW, Rubio said on TV today how close Iran was to a nuclear bomb isn't important. The intelligence doesn't matter. Why? Because we know they weren't close. They are trying to pre-empt the negative Iraq comparisons.

An interesting question to ask --- would Israel and the United States have started a war with Iran, if Iran had a nuclear bomb?
Now answer that from Iran's point of view.

Posing an interesting question, where exactly would they invade from?

Yup.
I would be surprised if the DoD did not have a plan already in place.
Meanwhile Sec Hegseth may be still trying to find his new make-up room he had installed in the Pentagon.

Turkey wouldn't let them stage into Iraq. Iraq is Iran's buddy now. Pakistan is a bunch of Ferengi highway bandits, and an amphibious invasion would be silly.
No need to invade anyway, just keep bombing them forever. Good training, and good for the GDP.

Trump wants a war. Any war, anywhere. Being on a war footing will allow all sorts of dictatorship stuff in the US, from suspending rights to having the military and Trumps mercenaries on the streets of the country, pillaging. All those children of MAGA hat fools will be exempt from military service while dark skinned men and those with liberal leanings will be sent off to be slaughtered. It will be very, very bad ...
