Russia hit Ukraine's capital with drone and missiles Sunday in the largest aerial attack since the war began, killing four people across the country and damaging a key government building.

Russia's attacks on Ukraine are making Trump look bad. His most recent screed is that he going to have another "talk" with Vladimir Putin soon to see if he can "coddle" him into accepting a cease fire agreement, at least until after the midterms.

It would appear from what happened in Beijing recently that Mr. Putin is no longer interested in Trump's political 'trail of tears' and has chosen other more stable (or less insane) partners. Moreso because Trump has managed to alienate most of the NATO partners that were standing in the way of Putin's aggression plans. IOW, Trump is of no further us to Mr. Putin. At least not at the moment.

Mr. Putin is fairly savvy about American politics. It wouldn't surprise me if he anticipates Trump losing control of both Houses of Congress and is most likely facing impeachment.

Hi TwinPac: Let's hope you're right about the Republicans losing control of both Houses of Congress in 2026. Dummkopf Trumpf is like Dracula, surviving criminal probes, impeachment hearings, and civil lawsuits. Trumpf is damned good at "stalling and delaying," until circumstances favor his cause.

ICC-indicted war criminals Vladimir Putin and Benjamin Netanyahu-- two sides of the same coin-- will keep up their horrific offenses against Ukraine and Gaza while Trumpf fiddle-faddles: "Let's have another talk, Russia!" or "You must accept the deal, Hamas!"

To think, all that needed to happen is Ukraine bombing a Russian circus to kill a thousand or so civilians before the Russian invasion and liberals would be on Russia's side in this war.
