ICE reactivated its contract with spyware manufacturer Paragon Solutions. You can read more about it here, but what does that mean for using encrypted chat apps like Signal? (1/8)

These people are being equipped to do more than just immigration.

Any argument?

They'd look better in neat black uniforms instead of that stupid camo.

Again, just saying.

Whenever the USIC obtains data about an AMCIT through FISA, they must discard it after 90 days if no connection to HOIS or KSTs has been established. For example, a pizza deliveryman who innocently calls a suspected terrorist under surveillance. But now through ICE and Paragon Solutions, the Dummkopf Trumpf junta will have its own domestic NSA conducting warrantless surveillance.

While targeting migrants, ICE will inadvertently learn about non-migrant Americans. "Hey, Jose Miranda was talking about 'heaters' with Quentin Tackleberry (tel. 319-555-9898). Doesn't that mean guns? Better call ATF."

Call the ATF?

Hell, better send in the Marines!

Sounds like an Emergency to me!

And those names sound foreign. That's enough to send in the ICEholes too!

Government buildings are at risk!

The population must be pacified before anyone tries to protest.

For Democracy!

What's being implemented has been needed for a very long time. Perhaps Alex, Democrat leaders shouldn't have let in millions into our country, perhaps your judges shouldn't have let career criminals back into the streets, perhaps you shouldn't have engaged in lawfare. It's all coming back to bite the collective asses of the Democrats. The way I see it is ... You can either change or ... you can always flee if you're that afraid of what's coming.

There were no threats, I'm simply pointing out what's already come down the pike and what will continue to occur. I'm saying change your ways as a political party or you guys can leave. I used the term "flee" because some of you idiots needlessly over dramatize things like a bunch of theatre kids.

You MAGA morons love to make this meaningless claim.

Explain how democratic leaders let in millions.

I bet you haven't a clue. You're simply vomiting up propaganda.

you shouldn't have engaged in lawfare.

Explain what you think the word Lawfare means.

Well Clown, I watched the Border under Biden become one mass processing facility to let anyone and everyone in with zero regard to who they were as people. Anyways, we're shipping them back and locking them up. Now we're going after criminals who happen to be citizens in case you haven't noticed.

You watched what?

I asked a simple question, you didn't answer it.

It's okay. I knew you wouldn't be able to.

"Explain how democratic leaders let in millions."

Name the policy implemented by "democratic leaders" that let in millions.

By the way. Processing people into the country is the legal way to do it.

The complaint you stupid xenophobes normally have is about undocumented immigrants.

I suppose it was only a matter of time before you Nazi wannabes started complaining about people who came here legally.

You stupid idiot.

Millions?

There are about 1.1 million cops in the US. You see them ALL the time.

If Biden let in MILLIONS, you'd see an illetgal alien 2-3 times more often than cops.

This is how dumb MAGA is. They believe ANYTHING.

Yeah, they appear to hide really well. I've been looking for some all along. I suspect that I encounter some as servers in restaurants. But an invasion? Pffft! A crime wave? Who are you kidding?

Is the following post the one that you claim is correct:
" Well Clown, I watched the Border under Biden become one mass processing facility to let anyone and everyone in with zero regard to who they were as people. Anyways, we're shipping them back and locking them up. Now we're going after criminals who happen to be citizens in case you haven't noticed.

If so, the Snopes link you cited disagrees:

"This claim was true, in that the number of more than 7.2 million immigrants specifically reflected border encounters with U.S. officials, according to data provided on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website " not an increase of that magnitude in the immigrant population."

and

"The Cato Institute, a libertarian think tank, published an article on Jan. 5, 2024, contending that 'data from the Trump era clearly show that, if he were in office, Trump would not be deporting any more border crossers than Biden has.' "

There really isn't a right or wrong here. As usual, it comes down to opinion. Reps are fine with a tiny percentage of people being wrongfully targeted because it impacts liberties while Dems are fine with a tiny percentage of people being wrongfully targeted by enemies of the state. Reps feel having some innocent people compromised for the greater good is warranted. Dems feel that innocent people being victimized by murder and other violent crimes is warranted because then liberties are protected.

Again, no right or wrong. Just ideological differences. It's no reason to hate on anyone. Well, except maybe for the families of those who become victims of violent crimes like murder.

#30 | Posted by humtake at 2025-09-10 12:29 PM | Reply

Civil rights are more important than looking "tough on crime".

Mostly this is performative to see how much the public will tolerate in the way of losing basic liberties.

The crime aspect is just fluff. It's a way to test the waters for real repression with the cover off.

I'm surprised you're so dumb that you don't realize that.

Hummerboy.

The idea that "it is better that a hundred guilty persons should go free than that one innocent person should suffer" is most famously attributed to Benjamin Franklin.

In his 1785 letter, Franklin wrote: "It is better 100 guilty Persons should escape than that one innocent Person should suffer."

However, the core principle predates Franklin and has deep roots in legal and moral philosophy. Earlier versions include William Blackstone, an English jurist, expressed a similar sentiment in his Commentaries on the Laws of England (1765"1769): "It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer."
This concept is known as Blackstone's ratio, and it has influenced legal systems around the world.
So while Blackstone gave it a legal framework, Franklin amplified the idea with a more extreme ratio (100:1) to emphasize the value of protecting the innocent.

So once again, your "opinion" goes against the founding of this country. Shocker. Sounds like you belong in russia, if you're not already there.
