A conservative Republican farmer from Idaho is making an unlikely appeal to President Donald Trump: "Do the right thing." His call comes as his family farm struggles to survive amid labor shortages he blames on Trump-era immigration policies.

American businesses did not have to go the route of illegal immigration, and I'm not about to start feeling sorry for them now that it's an inconvenience for them. Just like slave trade, no one forced anyone to enslave others for free labor. Bottom line, it's greed. FAFO

"The 200 demolition workers"nicknamed the Polish Brigade because of their home country"worked 12-hour shifts, seven days a week with no overtime to knock down the old Bonwit Teller building and make room for Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. According to testimony in a protracted civil suit in federal court, the laborers were paid $5 an hour or less when they were paid at all. Some went unpaid after the contractor had financial troubles. Everyone in this country knew Trump was going to crack down on illegal immigrants, be they already here or trying to enter the country illegally. If you missed that during the campaign, I'm not sure anyone can do anything to help you.
