Wonder who gets the tip/donation/$500,000 vacation to Indonesia/Mercedes/college tuition/rent free home for this one?

@#6 ... How does this ruling violate the Constitution? ...
My first question would be ...
What is your current trolling alias' criteria for a violation of the Constitution?
After we agree on that criteria, then we can go on to discuss the question it poses.

I urge Virginia to retaliate.
It would be foolish should she not.

completely illegal, but now that means CA can do the same, and I hope every purple state does likewise (PA, VA, MI).
This was bad case law and an awful blow to our country's fabric, but hey! the corrupt-AF SCOTUS conservatives are getting their free trips and plane rides, so no problem, eh?

#11. Democrats do not want to get in a gerrymandering war with the GOP. The GOP has a majority in more states than Dems and the bluest states have already been Gerrymandered to the max and no more advantage in those states is even attainable.

Cali did it only because TX did it first.

@#12 ... Cali did it. ...
California did not do what Texas did.
California put the issue to a popular vote.
Did Texas put the issue to a popular vote?
Let's start with that.
Yer up.

"Time to purge the enemy within." Finally, let's get this party started! What day should I pencil in for The Day Of The Rope?

@#21 ... MAGATS are f**king imbeciles ...
I'm not yet willing to go that far.
But, in a sense, you may have a point.
Why do the MAGA folk seem to shrink into the baseboards, apparently like roaches when the light is turned on, when asked simple questions about what they have stated?
Are they awaiting instructions regarding how to respond from their higher authority?
I wish I knew or understood ....

The question was, "what exatcly did we do to deserve this court".
Your answer was, "Lose elections".
Tends to indicate you think elections determine SCOTUS makeup.
