This is a tough one for the FBI; one of the caveats in the Law Congress passed and Trump was forced to sign includes the ability to redact and or not disclose files of someone who is under investigation.

SO, damned if they do and damned if they don't, apparently.

At the recent Munich Security Conference, California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) asked the Western powers to not give up on the US: "Stand up to Dummkopf Trumpf. He's temporary. He's gone in three years." [sic].

There is too much to unpack from the pithy entreaty of the 2028 POTUS hopeful and Nancy Pelosi (D) protege.

A) While Trumpf may be gone in three years, the corrupt US system which allowed him to get away with his crimes and lets America get away with international aggression and killing people overseas will remain on 21 Jan 2029.

B) The damage being done to the American economy and US civil service is permanent, like these experienced FBI SAs being fired and 8-week FBI grads without a college education are rushed in alongside poorly trained ICE agents.

C) The USIC and our scientific agencies were purged of experienced analysts and researchers. We don't grow on trees.

D) Thanks to Trumpf and our system, Florida will soon have a Charlie Kirk Day of Remembrance. The Dixie states already celebrate Confederate Memorial Day.

I wish these purged agents well. Canada and the UK will gladly hire them, if these SAs want to uproot their families and relocate.

FFS the destruction Piggy is enacting is permanent.

BEST case we get a democratic administration in 2028

Will they spend years flushing the magat scum from throughout the government?

The loss of centuries of institutional knowledge can never be replaced

The destruction of the independence of the DoJ cannot be fixed.

Assume for a minute that a President Newsom or President AOC goes hard at prosecuting all of the illegality from the Piggy administration.

the next republican will simple undue all of that, will simply pardon any and all

People need to wrap their heads around this. America has become a Russia style government. rule by thugs and criminals. If Dems govern even partially with ethics, they will govern at a disadvantage.

the future is bleak and the worst part the very truly worst part is that magat scum are too ------- stupid to understand the damage that has been done.

Their response ranges from whataboutism to "this is what I voted for" to complete and utter ignorance to downright inhumanity (trans are being punished so destroy our future!)

Thanks magat scum

Best case we take back Congress and start impeachment just as Orange Hitlrt predicts but we can't stop there; the Supreme Court and other Federal courts also have to be sterilised to rmove every one of the traitors in our government. Afterwards the reunion with our allies would be a great celebration.

If those are the candidates Dems lose again. Trump cant run and the GOP will still win against a Cali politician or a woman.

Even though the Tuesday 7 Nov 2028 is 984 days from now, bloggers are discussing names this morning.

So, here is a list of potential POTUS candidates from both parties as of 27 Feb 2026: www.trackaipac.com

Another illegal act. Another series of lawsuits.

The FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) and multiple lawsuits have alleged that the firing of at least 10 FBI agents and staff by Director Kash Patel violates civil service laws, specifically due process rights and protections against politically motivated, retaliatory personnel actions.

Good Luck in court where the government longer gets the presumption of truth and good faith.

DOJ "No Longer" Trusted (February 2026): U.S. District Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai ruled that the Justice Department's actions, specifically regarding the pursuit of Oregon voter registration data, stripped it of the "presumption of regularity" and trust, noting they can no longer be taken at their word.

A lawsuit filed in September 2025 (regarding earlier, similar firings) alleged that Patel knew that summarily firing agents for political reasons was illegal and violated FBI procedures, but claimed his job depended on it.

At this rate, there must be about 14 people still working at the FBI. Three are in the cafeteria, one answers calls on the Judge Crater hotline, and the others are in the Fresno field office...
