They don't need to report to you. You are just the Hoi Polloi.

The People will do what they are told. And they will like it. I believe it's clearly stated in Article 2. The President gets to whatever he wants (there will NO "she"). And he does not need any permission or support from the people.

The Chinese people are being told more by their leaders than we are by ours. We found out what was talked about during the summit by asking the Chinese.
