Five people have died and nearly three dozen have been injured after a bus in the US state of Virginia struck six vehicles, police say.

Maybe he was studying English?

Jing S Dong from China who became a U.S. citizen, who doesn't speak English. He received his commercial drivers license from New York State in 2024.

How does the US give out commercial licenses to people that don't speak english? I can't get a commercial pilots license unless I speak english.

Also how in the world do you become a citizen and not speak English, after all the years spent here to reach this level of citizenship?

Hell I might even have to restart my GreenCard application in China FFS, but this DingDong gets in no problem. FFS America.
