Megalith are not "pagan".

Obviously the circles are astronomical devices, same as found in hundreds of sites across Britain.

What religion is "pagan" supposed to be?

The pre-deluge world will astonish you should you recognize it's presence.

I just finished two books by exorcists for the Catholic Church. Straight up, no irony.

One of them went what they considered deeply into Wicca and such.

From what I can tell and from what these authors claim to have experienced, whether it was the evil one or not, most of these people were f'ed in the head to start.

And one book does discuss human sacrifices, particularly around abortion clinics.

It doesn't seem that being bathed in the blood of the lamb has helped them much. They're still deeply troubled.

But they got Jesus and his mom, who've been through it.

I get paid by the page. Easy reading.

"most of these people were f'ed in the head to start."

You mean the Exorcists or their, uh... Victims? Patients?

You'd have to be really, really a believer in the G-d Of The Gaps to find non-medical explanations for batshirt crazy mofos. Just my layman opinion.

The exorcees.

One guy claimed to have been involved in over 2000 exorcisms, as exorcist, sideman, or teacher.

For him, all I could think of was, as the exorcist, if he asked for his money up front.

Seems to be a really good gig in certain dioceses.

Catholics are a parallel universe.

That is very true. Therra all kinds of Catholic things you just don't find in the other sects. Whereas with Jews, it's all the same script, the difference in the sects is how hard you adhere to it.

-Catholics are a parallel universe.

And your evidence is a book about exorcism?

Do you not know the other Christians don't send their kids to CCD, have a Pope*, do some of the holidays, etc?

The Eastern Orthodox dudes in those Taken movies and James Bond movies seem like American Christians to you?

Mormons? Jehovah's Witnesses?

Christianity has infinity facets. It's probably a reason it's so widespread. It's very adaptable.

*To be fair there are four Christian Popes. Actually I just googled it and there's like ten Christian Popes, half from Christian sects I never heard of. Crazy world, huh!

Okay, that's not a word I knew existed until today. This is why you gotta read books!

Oh sure, blame it on the Pagans. You already stole our ------- tree. ---- you.

Yeah.

So if there's a bumper crop harvest this year, then will you believe?

If not, what's yer feckin point.

And if he didn't get paid? THEY GOT REPOSSESSED!

(It's like the comedy writes itself!)

Exorcees is my word. There are about six different levels of possession.

Eb, I can't tell you the books because they're not yet in print and for personal ID reasons, but I'll give you the author of one of them.

When I say parallel universe, I'm talking about things like EWTN, which gives you a complete day of TV programming, including a more or less not entirely nuts view of the news.

Catholic shopping, Catholic self help books, ...
