So Pres Trump seems to be reaching a point where his "obey or else" policy no longer seems to be working.

Well, we are now mostly (if not completely) after the primary season. So Pres Trump has lost that major advantage wrt Congress.

Now Pres Trump seems to be more inclined to use the press podium to try to badger Congress critters to obey his dicta.

Will that work?

I've not a clue.

But ...
