Attorney General Todd Blanche, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, and United States Attorney Daniel N. Rosen announced that a federal grand jury indicted ten defendants separately on September 24, 2026, for voter fraud. All defendants have made their initial appearances in federal court. "Today's charges allege that ten foreign nationals committed voter fraud in Minnesota, one voting illegally as recently as this August's primary," said Attorney General Todd Blanche. "The law is clear, only American citizens may vote in American elections, and enforcing this law is fundamental to our democracy. That should not be a partisan concept." "Our message to aliens who vote in American elections is clear: we will find you, arrest you, and you will face the consequences, including criminal charges and deportation," said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin.

How cool is it that they are attacking the .000001 percent problem of voter fraud that we have, which has never changed the results of any real election?

Trump's campaign against noncitizen voting demonstrates it's rare and not enough to swing elections
apnews.com

... The Trump administration's campaign to root out noncitizen voting is demonstrating what critics of President Donald Trump's election conspiracy theories have long argued -- that it's incredibly rare, difficult to prove and has not been shown to change the outcome of elections.

The administration has dedicated enormous resources to what election experts and administrators characterize as a comparatively small issue " noncitizens who, often due to misunderstanding the law, add their votes to the tens of millions of ballots cast during national elections.

On Wednesday, Attorney General Todd Blanche announced federal charges against 10 people in Minnesota alleged to have voted illegally over the last three elections, a period in which more than 8 million ballots were cast in the state.

"We're focused on providing accountability and restoring trust in our elections," Blanche said, lamenting that the media did not take seriously the charges for voter fraud his office has brought.

He said those added up to 90 for various types of election misconduct, including 50 against people who are alleged to have voted as noncitizens.

Even the 90 cases, which conflate voter fraud cases involving citizens of both political parties with those alleging noncitizen voting, are nominal in terms of the number of votes cast during presidential elections. It's nowhere near enough votes to swing any significant federal or even state election.

The U.S. had nearly 228 million registered voters for the 2024 presidential election, with more than 152 million ballots cast.

"They're incredibly low numbers no matter how you slice it," said Aaron Blacksberg of the Institute for Responsive Government, who was on a panel of election officials and experts on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., just before Blanche's announcement. ...

I am not against voter ID and verifying citizenship but I am against the extra barriers the SAVE act was trying to throw at us. I know that these instances are rare enough not to affect who our POTUS is but there could be a case where they do affect local elections. When we register to vote they already verify our eligibility to vote, why couldn't they mail out a voter ID card for free at that point? Could it be because they dont actually want to make it any easier to vote, they just want to use these rare and usually insignificant instances to make things harder for us? Any barrier that deters legal voters is shown to be more harmful than the instances of fraudulent voting they have found.

It's all they've got since transphobia isn't selling as well anymore.

Makes sense Boaz is losing sleep over it.

Meanwhile Musk and Trump admitted to tampering while the votes in 2024 and no one has done anything about it.

Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate.

Headline is a lie.

Progressives have never claimed voter fraud doesn't exist; it's just the Heritage Foundation's election fraud website makes it very clear: the plurality of fraud doesn't come from the voters themselves, it comes from canvassers, cullers, and campaigns. State's average ONE CONVICTION PER YEAR when it comes to the actual voter.

It's also important to note that in almost all of the cases, the illegal action involves ONE illegal vote. And when it IS the voter, it's usually the garden variety of voter fraud: addled elderly, folks who moved and forgot, folks who moved and thought the system forgot, and someone who returns an absentee ballot for a newly deceased household member.

THAT'S IT.

Regarding votes by illegals, does anyone believe Texas doesn't really care? OF COURSE NOT.

Well, Texas has had FOUR convictions for illegals voting, going back over a decade. So either they're not trying, they're woefully inept, or it doesn't happen at anywhere near the scale suppressionists pretend.

Which sounds most likely?

And here: ten defendants, over what time period? Five years?!?

#9 | Posted by Danforth at 2026-10-01 01:34 PM | Reply

This is also a good time to keep in mind: The government initially said over 15,000 illegals were voting in Nevada.

When proof was demanded, the government said it had proof 185 were illegals voting.

Nevada investigated, and found ALL 185 were legal citizens, eligible to vote.

Suppressionists would have suppressed more votes in ONE ELECTION CYCLE than all the vote fraud convictions in Nevada's history.

"Vote fraud is okay if it's just a little..."

Hey dumfuq, how do you explain the fact the MAJORITY OF VOTE FRAUD cases would be unaffected by stricter voter ID laws?

#15 | Posted by Danforth at 2026-10-01 02:40 PM | Reply

"You idiots say it all the time."

Nonsense. Voter fraud happens in every state, and probably in most elections.

What intelligent folks realize is the violations amount to a fart in a tornado, and every attempt to "protect the vote" is really an attempt to disenfranchise "certain" voters.

VA, for example, has had ONE voter fraud case PER DECADE. What TF are you trying to prevent? And how many LEGAL votes would you be willing to suppress to thwart THOSE TWO ILLEGAL VOTES?

"So how much of crime is ok?"

None.

But we don't demand an entire city be put on lock-down, because one Quick Trip gets robbed.

EVERY plan you have to "protect" the vote would suppress a MAGNITUDE more LEGAL voters.

I'd actually have more respect for you if you'd just admit the truth.

Isn't that what the goal is?

Watched some videos on instagram recently about republican women saying women shouldn't vote.

It screams domestic abuse.

They should practice what they preach and refuse to vote, or have bank accounts, or jobs, or an education.

Be all that you preach!

MAHA!

I just scoured through the Heritage Foundation's info on Boaz's home state of NC.

Going back to 1986, there are 123 instances; more than most states. Here's the rough breakdown:

51 incidences were by campaigns.
1 voter voted for a dead spouse.
7 were convicted of duplicate voting: in 6 cases it was ONE vote, in one case it was TWO votes (from a Tea Party official)
~5 were Judicial Findings
20 were incidences of FELONS voting (easy catch).
39 were illegals voting, including ~12 who were caught at registration.

So...AT MOST...you've got 27 illegals casting votes....over a 40 year period.
.

A nationwide voter ID is suppression because the republicans won't issue them to everyone for free, people will have to pay for them...which is a POLL TAX!

Poll taxes are banned by the 24th amendment, not that you've ever read thew constitution.

Also any state-level poll taxes violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.

#25 | Posted by Alexandrite at 2026-10-01 04:18 PM | Reply

"Where is this suppression I keep hearing about?"

In every 4-6 hour voting line that exists.

In closing dozens of voting precincts, in "certain" areas.

Changing voting precincts within 90 days of the election.

And, of course, the Election Day shenanigans available, by scheduling road construction along the main route(s).

Do you need more? There are more.

But while we're on the subject, how long did it take YOU to vote in the last Presidential election?

Mine was 11 minutes, door-to-door.
