I note the optimistic "after Trump leaves office" part.

Americans do no want to help fund Putin's psychotic war on Ukraine; only traitors, like Donald Trump, do!

What an asinine statement from a state governor! So, here's the deal: offload the fuel at the port of another state, NY, CT, RI etc. that doesn't have an asshole for a governor, then ship it via pipeline or marine vessel barges to wherever they please and it will be unknown where it originally came from. Political grandstanding at its finest!

You need better talking points; this isn't even clever as trolling. The governor is simply informing both corporations and individuals in her state that they could be vulnerable to prosecution under federal law if they aid and abet in the violation of said law. As for other states, the ships cannot simply offload the fuel in any state without it being tracked. No governor is going to invite them to, either, because if they did then they could be prosecuted.
