Correct me if I'm mistaken.
That person is not here illegally.
That person is here legally, and subject to a deportation order.

I will point out that we do have a justice system in this country, and if that person who was convicted of homicide is out, it's because the justice system doesn't consider them a threat. Thus, I don't see an urgent need to deport this person.

So I'm also wondering if there's any evidence of an elevated threat here, or just a prior conviction. And when I say elevated threat, I mean a threat beyond that of a citizen in the same circumstances -- convicted of homicide, but not in jail. However that works.

I'm not ideologically opposed to deporting someone for a homicide. But I suspect I'm being led down the garden path.

This should be universally condemned by everyone.

Business customers.

As did the rest of our industry, we passed some of these costs on to foreign customers. We had to add a "tariffs" line to our global sales system; just making that change must have cost us an easy million.

So, we know exactly how much our customers paid, I would expect if we're getting it back, they're very likely getting something back.

You gotta love the Republican logic here. Just have successful global companies collect taxes for Uncle Sam from their international customers, what could go wrong? Like we're still gonna win those customers when the foreign competition isn't forced to add a surcharge to the bottom line like we are. Or maybe were supposed to take that as a loss, Wall Street loves when successful companies do that. Just unimaginably stupid policy for any American company with a global presence. Deliberately hamstring companies whose business dares to appeal to blacks and browns and --------- countries.

I went and got another measles shot a few months back. Sad what Republicans have done to our homeland. They're encouraging disease to spread and blaming it on immigrants, if you hadn't noticed.

You're not blaming the person who hurt you. You're blaming somebody that looks like the person who hurt you
