This may be the dumbest thing you've said all thread.

Now, there are a few examples where a search warrant signed by a judge would not be required. For example, if police are chasing a suspect in commission of a crime and the suspect flees to their home. Police can still enter because the law enforcement engagement with the criminal suspect began outside the home. Police can enter a home without a search warrant to provide emergency aid as well.

None of these circumstances are present when ICE enters a home looking for someone on a civil immigration tort without a signed judicial warrant.

What you said is wrong, and it shows you weren't really paying attention when you swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.

You are intellectually lazy. Most Statist are, it's why they want the State to make life easier for them.
