Donald wants Fauci dead, and his family dead, and/or wants both to suffer in fear.

The man is a pig. A sadist. And nothing he does here is unexpected.

#4 | Posted by Zed at 2025-01-24 01:46 PM

He only swore to protect the constitution. Not any of the people.

And his oath is suspect anyway because his fingers were crossed.

That's why he kept his left hand hidden.

#10 | Posted by Alexandrite

I'm glad you brought that up----

Donald's nomination of these freaks to government, especially that drunken rapist for Secretary of Defense, is done for the very reason Caligula installed a horse as a Roman Senator-

To rub the faces of citizens with contempt; contempt for the public and their institutions, and to reaffirm his power to do anything he damn well pleases.

#12 | Posted by Zed at 2025-01-24 04:45 PM

If Fauci believes there is a reason that someone may hold any animosity toward him and desires security, he should pay for it himself. If Pfizer or Bill Gates don't want to pony up, I recommend wearing a mask and social distancing.

If? IF? IF?

Trumpy created the "animosity".

You maga maroons just cannot wait to see more violence and blood in Trumpy's name. Just say, "I did it for Trump!" And all is forgiven and which makes your crimes legal, of course.

Oops. Italics off!

#17 | Posted by donnerboy at 2025-01-24 05:20 PM

"Caligula installed a horse as a Roman Senator-"

He attempted to. For the very reasons you mentioned.

But was assassinated before he could do it.

For those very same reasons (and other trumpian like behaviors).

Fortunately Trumpy is not really good at history. So history could repeat itself. But unfortunately our Republican Senators have no shame and don't care if Trumpy humiliates them and they are definitely not interested in dignity strength or honor.

Because they were demonized as a scapegoat for a terrible leader's terrible record during a crisis.

He wants to throw fauci to the frothing mob of zombies he's created.

Trump is the kind of politico that deserves respect from all. He works very hard and is sincere. Biden well.....he needs to lose his pardon.

Truthfully andry Biden and most Democrats are worthless and corrupt and inept. They feed the corrupt pockets where cronies are fed your taxes. Every dollar sent to California needs to be contingent on changing their consistently bad incompetent behavior and instead bringing in new ideas. Voter ID and honest elections are desperately needed in California .

Another day another maga lie.

It's worse.

"nothing to do with Trump."

Fauci did not receive credible death threats until Trumpy arrived in the scene. So it does have to do with Trumpy.

And cbs is also reporting Trump removed Fauci's security detail. Not only from Fauci but from Pompeo and Bolton.

Do they need to print a retraction or do you?

Trump is supposedly a billionaire. Why did he need secret service protection?

The whole reason fauci NEEDS security is because trump blamed him for his own failures.

#41 | Posted by SpeakSoftly at 2025-01-25 01:40 PM

Fauci has $10MM his ass can find his own private security.

He already has it. Lewzer just stopped the government from paying for it so he can give that cash to his golf resorts instead.

#42 | Posted by REDIAL at 2025-01-25 01:43 PM

Redial, it's been debunked. Trump didn't cut Fauci's security, it happened on Joe's corrupt watch. In fact, Trump offered to keep Fauci safe in prison.

No, he just stopped paying for it. Last week. Private security, paid by the government, took over from US Marshals last year.

If it was, as that article says, a private security detail since December 2024, then how did Pres Trump cancel it this week?

#48 | Posted by LampLighter at 2025-01-25 03:38 PM

then how did Pres Trump cancel it this week?

Fauici's original security detail was US Marshals which are part of the DOJ. Last fall they were replaced by private security that was paid for by National Institutes of Health.

Lewzer canceled that detail so now Fauci has private security that he pays for himself.

#49 | Posted by REDIAL at 2025-01-25 03:43 PM

#54 | Posted by REDIAL at 2025-01-25 04:33 PM

#21 a competent security detail will cost him 750k to 1 mil a year easily.

He would need a minimum of 4 during the day and 2 at night. Each making 100 a year easy with the leader 175 ish. Paying less than that he will be getting keystone cops whose only claim to competency is that they can breathe both in AND out.

Worth 10mill? He can't afford a close protection unit.

#55 | Posted by Imshakinitboss at 2025-01-25 05:22 PM

I guess he'll need to start a GoFundMe.

#57 | Posted by moder8 at 2025-01-25 06:56 PM

@#56 ... I guess he'll need to start a GoFundMe. ...

To me, the issue involved here is not whether or not the protectee can afford the cost of a security detail. That aspect was just a lame deflection attempt.

The issue is whether or not the Country should afford protection to those who have served the Country and now seem to be the target of extremism.

Extremism egged on by the President saying he won't feel guilty if that person is attacked.

Call - I Don't Wanna (1987)
www.youtube.com

Lyrics excerpt ...

genius.com

...
I ain't here to hold you when you cry
I ain't here to hold your shaky hand
I ain't here to look you in the eye
Or beg for you to understand
I ain't gonna walk you thru your dreams
Walk you thru this life that we all know
I ain't here to listen while you speak
I ain't here to heal your broken soul
Am I here at all?

I ain't here to tell you what you need
I ain't gonna take a noble stand
I ain't here to look you in the eye
Or beg for you to understand
I can only tell you what I've seen
I can only tell you how it felt
When my heart was crushed so bad inside
Till I felt the hatred slowly melt
I don't wanna

I ain't gonna watch your every move
I ain't gonna dog your every step
I ain't here to shape your every mood
I ain't here to keep your secrets kept
Oh, but if I held you in my arms
If I could squeeze you till we cry
I don't wanna lose this love I feel
I don't wanna lose this fight tonight
I ain't gonna
...

Wow, they don't write lyrics like that anymore ...
