Trump Issues Quotas to ICE Officers to Ramp Up Arrests

ICE officials have been directed by Trump to aggressively ramp up the number of people they arrest, from a few hundred per day to at least 1,200 to 1,500, because the president has been disappointed with the results of his mass deportation campaign so far.

Back when I used to wait tables the back of house staff was usually 100% undocumented. They all had access to real social security numbers, usually borrowed from and shared with someone they knew. They just had to make sure that they didn't work so much that it triggered an audit by the IRS. Some of them had multiple SSNs to avoid that issue.
