Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said deputies went to a planned protest at a West Palm Beach dealership on Saturday, where suspect Andrew Dutil drove onto the curb and slowly toward the protesters. There were no injuries.

"The protestors had to move out of the way in order to avoid being struck by the vehicle," the sheriff's office said in a statement.

Court records show Dutil, who is being held in Palm Beach County Jail, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. It is not clear if he has retained a lawyer or when he is due to appear in court.

On his Facebook account, Dutil appeared to have shared content supporting President Donald Trump, including a video depicting Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance in a "The Dukes of Hazzard" parody video as "The Dukes of Maga." ...

But I agree. that the goal of Pres trump seems to be to foment enough unrest so some obscure law can be invoked and elections cancelled.

And for the record, my view: those (anyone) who plant bombs or physically harm Tesla vehicles or Tesla dealerships should be prosecuted by the fullest intent of the law. Unfortunately, with the current admin occupying the Oval Office, I also need to add, prosecuted with Due Process.
