President Donald Trump appeared to repeatedly confuse Iceland with Greenland as he spoke at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland on Wednesday.

Trump is now confusing Greenland and Iceland: "They're not there for us on Iceland, that I can tell you. Our stock market took the first dip yesterday because of Iceland. So Iceland has already cost us a lot of money."

Davos today demonstrates that Trump's prefrontal cortex has deteriorated. That's the part that inhibits behavior.

This in combination with his florid narcissism is going to get him bragging about the children he's raped sooner or later.

The President's address here in Davos is dangerous, disrespectful and unhinged. From insulting our allies to telling struggling Americans that he's fixed inflation and the economy is amazing, the President is hurting both our families' financial security and our national security. Oh, and Greenland is so important he's calling it Iceland.

From the article: White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt later tried to clarify Trump's remarks, saying he was referring to Greenland as a piece of ice and sharing a screenshot from Google of a Greenland search showing an iceberg.

Trump's rambling speech did not go over well with world leaders in Switzerland. Seems there wasn't a single person at that meeting who didn't come to the conclusion that Trump is unbalanced. It was so obvious that it even sparked suggestions about the 25th Amendment among members of Congress AND the offer to call Trump immediately to ask him to resign.

True, for now. But if Vance inherits the presidency (by succession or otherwise), Stephen Miller will have to compete with Peter Thiel who runs Vance from the shadows.

Another recent problem is USHA's revenge who just announced that she is preggers with a baby boy due in July . . . . news that reportedly sent Erika Kirk into a tailspin.

The question is" Can J.D. Vance run for President in 2028 with a Hindu wife who flatly refuses to switch to Christianity?

He was reading a teleprompter. It's a little known fact that Trump wears glasses. But he's too vain to wear them in public because he thinks they make him look weak. (or old)

Add that to his already cognitive decline and, frankly, I'm not even sure he's aware that he's making mistakes.

The other thing is that somebody else (probably Stephen Miller) is doing all his thinking so Trump just says words without any thought or reasoning. He's like a windup toy.

I probably should worry more, but after all this time, I seem to be accustomed to the news being dominated by a cruel and incompetent man "running" things from the White House, much as Reagan "ran" things in his second term. Sure hope there is no major conflict, like war with China, since we are led by Hegseth and Trump...not our greatest military minds.
As a child of the sixties, I understand that America is in a constant conflict with its oligarch masters who want to strut out from the shadows and run things...as Musk did when Trump took over.
