I've seen enough youtubes to know, that never ends well.
There is one thing I can't figure out though, is why the second and subsequent cop cars stack up behind the first, leaving a clear path for the getaway drive.
I'd say the backup should block in the misbehaving driver.

Both people (the deceased and the passenger) were identified as U.S. citizens in the internal ICE report.

No wonder they didn't report this clusterfckk.

Firing through an open window when you have the vehicle surrounded? That's ripe for friendly fire casualties of fellow officers and the public. I'm still trying to visualize all this. Agent on the hood, another agent on the side still has time to shoot and kill the driver?
