ICE had described the murder of Ruben Ray Martinez as a failure to follow law enforcement instructions during a traffic incident as agents worked with local police on immigration enforcement."

Why HSI investigators were involved in traffic control was unclear when the experts at that are local uniformed city, county, or state police officers, not Feds. Map: South Padre Island

You know, when a cop tells me to "step out of the vehicle" I do not instead hit the gas.
I've seen enough youtubes to know, that never ends well.
There is one thing I can't figure out though, is why the second and subsequent cop cars stack up behind the first, leaving a clear path for the getaway drive.
I'd say the backup should block in the misbehaving driver.

Have you applied for a job at ICE yet? That's one "jerb" them illegals can't take from you! They really need folks like you who believe that committing crimes against civilians and a few good murders are a good for America. Keeps us in line. And you also know how to park a car to block a car. That's amazing! That can cut a week off your 47 days of training!

And I'd still say because of everything in the videos I have seen it appears crimes have been committed by ICE and that they need to be fully investigated and prosecuted.

The runner often wrecks into an innocent motorist.
Almost always there is a backup who arrives before the dash, but never does he park in front of the criminal, which would preclude the sudden departure.

I don't believe that. I suspect no one is actually investigating. If this is anything like what we've seen in Minnesota then they are just crafting a coverup.
That said, if it is true then DHS needs to explain why they have not blocked Texas investigators from accessing the evidence like they've done in Minnesota? Is it because Texas is a willing participant in the coverup.
